Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 Summer Camps

Refunds are given on a case by case basis. Please reach out to Joe Ferguson if you would like a refund. Campers that only come to a portion of camp-with prior notice-may be refunded the portion of camp. If a camper is dismissed from camp for any reason, a refund will be given for the remainder of the camp.

2026-2027 Tournaments
