Hockey Leagues

Northshire Civic Center is home to two adult hockey leagues that provide great opportunities for players to stay active, competitive, and connected with the hockey community. The C-League offers a fun and balanced environment for players looking for organized games at a recreational pace, making it a perfect fit for those who enjoy the sport without an overly intense level of play. For those seeking a slightly higher level of competition and camaraderie, the Main Street Hockey Club delivers a structured league experience with spirited matchups and plenty of ice time. Together, these leagues create a welcoming space where adult players of varying skill levels can enjoy the game and be part of a strong hockey tradition at Riley Rink.

C-League

C-League is for beginner, intermediate and veteran hockey players that want to enjoy the competition of hockey at a slower pace. The league is for players 18 and above and requires a USA Hockey membership.

Adult Intro to Hockey

Northshire Civic Center offers an adult intro to hockey program that will help you learn proper skating and stick-handling techniques so that you can start a lifelong hobby! Sign up for this 7-week program that is held on Wednesday nights at 6:15.

Silver Blades

Silver Blades is a coed adult hockey program. Silver Blades is a mix of practice and game situations for adult beginner hockey players to get ready for the next level of hockey.

Main Street Hockey Club

Main Street Hockey Club is an A/B Adult hockey program. Intermediate to veteran hockey players are assigned a team at the beginning of each season and play weekly games on Thursday nights at 7:30 or 9 PM. To register, please use this link. C-League 2025-2026

C-League is a Sunday night program made up of six teams. It is intended for adult players at the C level who are looking for organized weekly games in a league format. Teams play on a set schedule throughout the season, providing consistent ice time and a structured, recreational environment.
