Oma's High School Field Hockey

Oma’s HS Field Hockey League runs from March 16 through May 10, 2026 on the turf at Riley Rink. Games are played on Sundays between 11:30 AM and 6:00 PM, and each team competes in two 30-minute games every week. The format gives athletes plenty of touches, fast-paced competition, and meaningful reps throughout the spring season.

Teams are coordinated by local and regional high school coaches, creating a structured and positive environment for players to stay sharp and continue developing their skills. All games are refereed, team shirts are provided, and the focus is on high-quality play in a fun, competitive setting. It’s a great way for high school athletes to stay active, improve, and enjoy the game during the offseason.
