Programs
Northshire Civic Center is home to many different athletic programs. Spring, summer, fall and winter; we have a lot to offer. Our winter programs revolve around the only Olympic sized ice rink in Vermont, and we are home to Burr and Burton hockey, Northshire Hockey Association and many different adult leagues. We off figure skating, learn to skate programs, and various camps and clinics to meet the needs of our community.
The spring season begins on our indoor turf, and all youth spring sports start with us. Equinox Lacrosse, Manchester Youth Baseball and Fusion soccer all call the Northshire Civic Center Home. We host a full slate of adult opportunities, such as adult soccer, and our lacrosse programs. We have a very competitive high school field hockey league and every year we get to host teams from New York all the way to Hartford, as well as our very own local players.
In the summer months our adult programs move outside to enjoy our fields, and we are proud to be one of the host sites for Fusions Soccer's annual soccer tournament.
In the fall our adult programs continue, and our youth and adult field hockey begins outdoors. Equinox Football begins and our local football players enjoy two football fields on the Hunter Park Fields.
We are also home of a beautiful 18 hole disc golf course, a Trackman golf simulator, and a batting cage.
