GIRLS IN SPORTS FESTIVAL

No boys allowed! Last year was such a great success; we have to do it all over again this summer! Save the date of July 12, 2008. This year is bigger and better with local soccer, lacrosse and ice hockey clubs joining together. Come and join us at this free event with plenty of give-away prizes.

Summer Hockey Camps will return to Riley Rink in July-August 2008
The Riley Rink will be home to top-flight instructional hockey camps for players of all ages and abilities. Each week a different camp will be featured, giving players a variety of programs from which to choose. High-level instructions include former NHL players and top college coaches. B-League is back for the summer! This league is designed for the player who wants to play on a summer hockey team, with officiating and score keeping! Ambitious C-Leagues are welcomed to play. Registration is limited to the first 60 players.

Skate Rentals and Pro Shop
The Pro Shop at Riley Rink rents both hockey and figure skates for public skate sessions, or visit the shop to have your own skates professionally sharpened. The Pro Shop offers a full array skating accessories, equipment and supplies. The shop is open for all public skating sessions.

WE'VE HAD A GREAT INDOOR SPORTS SEASON AT RILEY RINK
Riley Rink at Hunter Park will gear up for the 2009 Spring Indoor Sports Season, offering Instructional soccer and lacrosse, League Soccer and League Field Hockey this spring. The 2009 indoor sports season is set to run from March 14 to May 3, 2009 (some programs may vary). Please check back for more details.

Riley Rink Soccer Academy will meet on Saturday morning for youth k-3rd grades. This popular program is directed by Coach John Werner, Castleton State College Men’s soccer program. Kids will receive an academy t-shirt to wear during the program. Enrollment is limited and the program sold out last year so register early!

Riley Rink Lacrosse Academy will run late mornings/early afternoons on Saturday during the spring season. Program set for 3-6th grade and 7th-9th grade players.

League and Futsal Teams Sign-ups for youth U10, U12, U14, U16, girls and boys, high school, collegiate and adult (men’s & women’s) Open and Over 30. Matches will be 50 minutes long and will begin promptly on the hour. Referees will be provided. Limited practice turf will be offered at a discount to registered teams. The deadline for Team registration will be February 15, 2009. Call the rink for team space availability.

April Vacation Soccer Camps will be offered again this year! Don’t miss this opportunity. Space is limited. For more information or registration forms please call the Rink.
League Field Hockey for high school girls will run on Sundays during the indoor sports season. Interested teams should contact the Rink for Team registration materials.

Turf Birthday Parties!
Reserve the field now for that special day! One hour of turf time for field games of your choice (soccer balls provided), however you can bring other games/sports equipment that is appropriate for indoor play. Packages include exclusive use of our birthday party room. No limit on the number of children!
